The project brief received by our client was to undertake a major refurbishment and alteration of the existing property, including double and single storey extension to the rear and side with both internal and external alterations to suit the end user. Our scope of works covered; a new build part single and part 2 storey flat roof extension to the rear, a new build two storey pitched roof extension to the side, all internal alterations, installation of passenger lift, new hydrotherapy pool, gym and therapy rooms, external hard and soft landscaping. This project is ongoing, with the site teams making remarkable progress.
This project was to undertake internal and external remedial works to 4-bedroom semi-detached fire damaged property. Our scope of works also covered internal repairs to the adjoining property and apartment block which was also destroyed during the fire incident. On completion, the property received a new roof, new windows across 3 floors, full electrical rewiring, installation of a new kitchen and associated facilities, etc. This project was completed on time, to budget and scope, with glowing reviews received by the client.
This project was to undertake internal and external remedial works to the property of a renowned car manufacturer whose premises was extensively damaged by fire. Our scope of works also covered complete reconstruction to the car workshop area that was gutted following the fire outbreak. Vesta Facilities acted as a principal contractor on this project coordinating all third-party sub-contractors to successfully drive this project to completion within scope, budget and time.
Vesta Facilities were instructed by one of the UK’s leading FM providers to undertake office dilapidations on a property that had reached its end of lease event. We were issued a schedule of dilapidations for the property and worked closely with the client’s landlord and appointed surveyor to repair the property to its original CAT A position which covered internal and external repairs. The project was completed successfully and handed over to the client and eventually to the landlord.
